project implementation.
Zertificon Competence Centers have the Z1 product range as a
strategic solution in the own IT Security focused
product range. They have a high level of technical
expertise. Presales, the sales process, piloting and
project execution are substantially carried out by
themselves. In order to make the most of the
Competence Centers' technical skills and their
regional proximity to the customer, Zertificon can
pass on customer inquiries to suitable Zertificon
Competence Centers.
Zertificon Service Provider offer Z1 Solutions as hosted services.
Zertificon Service Provider operate Z1 Solutions at their own datacenters and provide Z1 functions
as remote service to their end customers. Zertificon Service Provider define and guarantee their own
Service Level Agreement(s) (SLA) and fees. A typical service use case of an
Zertificon Service Provider is operating a high available and performant Z1 SecureMail Gateway
Cluster where email traffic of multiple customers/mandators is routed through. Another,
more special scenario is a Zertificon Service Provider operating its own Z1 CertServer Cluster
comparable to Z1 Global TrustPoint (www.globaltrustpoint.com) where end customers connect
their local Z1 SecureMail systems and other applications.
