Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d) B2B in an established software company

What you will be doing

You think you've never used Zertificon products? In fact, we have been protecting your data behind the scenes. From banks to insurance companies to doctors' offices, thousands of service providers that you use in your daily life rely on our software. They use our products to encrypt millions of emails every day. Chances are, your data has been protected by our solutions more than once.
We have been in business for 20 years. Our products have an impressive 97% renewal rate. But we have even bigger plans for the future. As our Sales Operations Manager, help us build a data-driven sales process and achieve our ambitious inbound sales goals. 

(Please pay attention, fluent German language is required for this role)
  • You would take ownership for our CRM system, including designing and implementing the data structures and workflows for the inbound sales process (we work with Sugar CRM)
  • Optimize sales processes: Take the lead in optimizing our sales model, including customer onboarding, upselling, and post-sales activities
  • Automate SLA tracking: Build and automate systems for tracking SLAs, keeping all internal processes well documented
  • Data analysis: Partner with the Data Warehouse team and dive deep into data to conduct sales forecasts, identify trends, and propose growth strategies
  • Manage sales tools: Equip your colleagues with all the necessary tools and stay updated with technology trends
  • KPI monitoring: Help define sales KPIs, set up KPI monitoring, and provide forecasts as well as performance reports to keep the team on track
  • Cross-team alignment: Keep your plans and actions in synch with the Operations and Support teams
  • Build your own team: Hire and mentor a strong sales operations team in the near future

What we value in our candidates

  • Minimum 3 years in sales operations, with at least 2 years in IT B2B business, demonstrating proven experience in creating and implementing effective sales operations processes
  • Extensive expertise in customer success, with a strong track record in the field
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales software and ability to work with business analysts – articulate precise requirements and understand results. . Experience with particularly Sugar CRM is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in leading people
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of solving complex problems under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and driven to continuously improve processes 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
