IT Recruiter (f/m/d)
Your tasks
You discuss the job profiles with Hiring Managers and formulate the job ads
You are responsible for the publication and continuous updating of job ads on external job boards as well as our career site
Requesting feedback on applicants, scheduling interviews and advising team leads up to C-level recruitment
In parallel, you proactively search for potential candidates
You will present our employer brand at tech meetups and internal events (e.g. onboarding), always keeping the candidate/employee experience in mind
You will work on projects and process improvements with your HR colleagues.
Your profile
You have worked in recruiting/talent acquisition for at least 2 years, ideally in start-up/tech.
You have organizational skills, stress resistance, empathy and a feel for the employer brand, as well as expertise in IT positions and programming languages
You are proficient in using modern HR and project management tools (Xing, Linkedin, ATS) as well as video telephony software (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, Skype)
You speak and write German on at least C1 level and English on at least B2 level
Ideally you have already gained experience in active sourcing with Boolean searches
