What you will be doing
- In First Level IT Support you are the first point of contact for our business customers on the phone or by e-mail
- You organize all necessary data and prepare them qualitatively in the OTRS ticket system
- You solve simple support cases yourself, complex requests you pass on to the colleagues from the second or third level support after appropriate documentation
What we value in our candidates
- You have basic knowledge of Linux console
- Ideally, you already have experience in telephone customer support
- It is an advantage if you have an idea of email encryption
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German (at least C1) as well as a good command of English (at least B2) and have a clear pronunciation
- You work independently, structured and like to work in a team
