Product Owner Digital Customer / E-Commerce (f/m/d)
Your tasks
You are responsible for the smooth operation of the technical business processes and develop them further with internal stakeholders
As a product owner, you implement ideas in user stories and prioritize the backlog for optimal control of the development team of our backend systems
In your team, you take on leadership responsibility for currently 5 employees and the reporting and analysis of KPIs
You take care of the incident management
Your profile
You have several years of experience in a similar position in the IT / software area
You are familiar with (software) processes in the area of ERP and merchandise management
You have already contributed your solution and customer orientation in the implementation of best practices in Incident, Change or Release Management
You like to work technically, analytically and in an interface function
You are confident in using your project management skills
You communicate confidently in German and English
