Your tasks
You take care of order processing, invoicing and contract management
You create and process invoices, service contracts and order confirmations
You communicate in a friendly and binding manner with customers, partners and colleagues (mail, chat, telephone, video conference)
You create reports and support supplier controlling and projects
You have fresh ideas and actively contribute to the design of new processes
You work efficiently and confidently with the Internet, IT applications and e-commerce tools
Your profile
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally in the IT, e-commerce or software industry)
You are familiar with IT-supported processes, contract reviews and order processing (ideally in eCommerce)
You have a commercial education (ideally in eCommerce, online business) or a comparable degree.
You are confident in using merchandise management/billing systems, office and task/project management tools
You are proficient in communicating with customers and partners in German and English
You are a team player, work carefully and solution-oriented and are willing to familiarize yourself with new tasks.
