Accountant (f/m/d)
Your tasks
You are responsible for the commercial business processing and contract management in purchasing and sales
You will take care of the financial accounting and correspond with the external tax advisors
You prepare and present the current financial reporting
You support monthly and year-end closing
You take care of the OP administration, the dunning process and the handling of the payment transactions
You will take care of general office and administrative tasks as well as correspondence
In coordination with your colleagues, you will take care of process design and process optimization in your area of responsibility
If necessary, you will assist the management and advise on technical questions
Your profile
You have successfully completed vocational training as an office administrator, preferably with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling
You have already gained sound experience (min. 2 years) in the field of accounting/finance
Experience with accounting and document processing software (e.g. DATEV, Lexware) would be appreciated
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented action and pleasure in designing systems and processes
Careful, independent and efficient way of working
High degree of willingness to learn, motivation, commitment and you love working in team
