HR Manager (f/m/d) in IT Business
What you will be doing
As part of the HR team, you take over the recruiting process for predominantly commercial positions - from job descriptions and conducting interviews to onboarding - and are a sparring partner for your colleagues in IT recruiting.
In day-to-day business, you handle personnel issues such as the preparation of employment contracts, the support of employee interviews and keep all personnel data up to date
You are responsible for monitoring and preparing payroll accounting in cooperation with our external payroll office
You advise and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
You contribute ideas for optimizing our HR processes, participate in HR projects, create reports and take on special tasks
What we value in our candidates
You bring experience in the areas of recruiting and HR administration, have a great interest in HR topics from A to Z and like to learn new things
You are familiar with common office applications and have digital tool competence
You enjoy planning and organization, you are an empathetic team player and discreet in dealing with others
You speak and write German at a native level (C1) and English at a good level (min. B2)
You are fit in labor law and always keep up to date with relevant changes in legislation
