HR Manager (f/m/d) in IT Company
What you will be doing
In day-to-day business, you will handle administrative HR issues such as the preparation of employment contracts, support for employee interviews and keep all HR data up to date
Together with the administrative HR team, you are responsible for monitoring, preparing and approving payroll accounting in collaboration with our external payroll office
As a contact person, you support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
As part of the HR team, you will also take on recruiting tasks
You contribute ideas for the optimization of our HR processes, participate in HR projects, create reports and take on special tasks
What we value in our candidates
You already have several years of experience in the areas of HR operations and ideally also recruiting, are very interested in HR topics from A to Z and like to learn new things
You are communicative, have a structured way of working, are an empathetic team player and discreet in dealing with others.
You are familiar with common office applications and have digital tool competence
You are confident in discussions and can represent our company well
You speak and write German at a native level (C1) and English at a good level (min. B2)
