Change to Microsoft Exchange IP address ranges

Due to a short-term change to the Microsoft Exchange Online IP address ranges, a manual adjustment is required on the Z1 SecureMail Gateway to ensure error-free email delivery.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the Z1 SecureMail Gateway as a superuser.
  2. Navigate to “Mandators” » (Your mandator) » “Settings” » “Internal Mailserver”.
  3. Enter the following IP address ranges:
    • 40.92.0.0/15
    • 40.107.0.0/16
    • 52.100.0.0/14
    • 104.47.0.0/17
  4. Click on “Save”.
  5. Navigate to “Monitoring” » “Server Status” and click “Restart”.
