Change to Microsoft Exchange IP address ranges
Due to a short-term change to the Microsoft Exchange Online IP address ranges, a manual adjustment is required on the Z1 SecureMail Gateway to ensure error-free email delivery.
Please proceed as follows:
- Log in to the Z1 SecureMail Gateway as a superuser.
- Navigate to “Mandators” » (Your mandator) » “Settings” » “Internal Mailserver”.
- Enter the following IP address ranges:
- 40.92.0.0/15
- 40.107.0.0/16
- 52.100.0.0/14
- 104.47.0.0/17
- Click on “Save”.
- Navigate to “Monitoring” » “Server Status” and click “Restart”.
