What you will be doing
International corporations and renowned organisations already sign and encrypt their business emails with our software. Now we are expanding our offering for small and medium-sized companies . Support us in designing efficient operational processes along the customer and partner journeys.
- The design of standardised processes in the handling of the Customer & Partner Journey (onboarding, contract management, up- & downsell, support tickets, etc.) is in your hands. The operations team must be able to support these processes and intervene in individual cases. For this we need the backend in our self-developed Operation Interface as well as suitable workflows in our support tool Zammad
- Requirements management and the creation of mockups are the focus of your work
- You will coordinate new concepts and features with our Subscription Business and Operations team
- You prioritise requests for new features in the area of operations
- You are responsible for refining operational tasks in the backlog
- You will expand the monitoring with additional indicators, which help us to recognise developments in the customer journey at an early stage and react to them
What we value in our candidates
- Experience: 1-2 years experience as product owner or project manager in agile teams
- Expertise: technical understanding of backend processes and workflows for subscriptions in eCommerce (no marketplace)
- Tools: You are proficient in AdobeXD or Figma
- Personality: "A good result today is better than a perfect one tomorrow"
- Languages: German B2 and fluent English C1
