What you will be doing
Zertificon is a well-known name in email encryption for businesses and has been successful in the market since 2004. We are an international team of more than 100 employees from over 30 countries. Join us and get to know the HR processes of a growing IT security company.
- Once you're onboarded, you'll be involved in a full range of day-to-day HR tasks
- For example, you will take care of our mailboxes, update employee data, and assist with payroll
- Do essential paperwork: Prepare contracts, agreements and maintain employee paper records
- Coordinate appointments and work with various internal and external contacts
- Generate statistics and reports for government agencies
- You will also actively support strategic projects in the area of HR compliance and services
What we value in our candidates
- Enrolled student in HR, business, humanities, or related field
- Good written and spoken German and English (both at least B2 level)
- Flexibility to work 1-2 days per week on-site (Berlin Neukölln), with the option to work from home once you are up to speed
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn about a wide range of topics
- Organizational skills: Manage complex processes without losing sight of the big picture
- Enjoy teamwork and interaction with people
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of German employment law
- Experience with project management and HR software (e.g. Personio, Jira, YouTrack, Confluence)
